Our Process
Registration
New employer registration on the EPFO Unified Portal with the establishment code allotted.
Employee Enrollment
All eligible employees are enrolled with UAN generation and KYC linking.
Monthly Filing
ECR is uploaded and PF challan (employer + employee contribution) is generated and paid by the 15th.
Annual Return
Annual return in Form 3A and 6A is filed as required.
Claim & Inspection Support
Employee claims are processed, and any departmental notices or inspections are handled legally.
Frequently Asked Questions
Any establishment with 20 or more employees is mandatorily covered. Establishments with fewer employees can voluntarily register.
Both employer and employee contribute 12% of basic wage + DA. The employer's contribution goes partly to EPF and partly to EPS (Employees' Pension Scheme).
Interest at 12% per annum applies on delayed deposits. Damages between 5%–25% of arrears can be levied by the EPFO. Criminal prosecution is also possible in severe cases.
Partial withdrawals are permitted for housing, medical emergency, marriage, and education. Full withdrawal is allowed on resignation after 2 months of unemployment.
