Form 3CD is the statement of particulars required to be furnished along with the tax audit report. It contains detailed disclosures on income, deductions, and compliance.
A concurrent audit is a real-time internal review of transactions (common in banks and NBFCs) conducted simultaneously with operations, rather than retrospectively.
