Our Process
Coverage Assessment
We assess whether your establishment, employee count, and wage structure fall under ESI.
Registration
Employer registration on the ESIC portal with a unique Employer Code allotted.

Factories with 10+ workers and other establishments (shops, restaurants, hotels, etc.) with 10+ employees where wages are up to ₹21,000/month (₹25,000 for persons with disability).
Employee contribution: 0.75% of wages. Employer contribution: 3.25% of wages. Employees earning up to ₹176/day are exempt from employee contribution.
Medical treatment (full for employee and family), sickness benefit (70% of wages during sick leave), maternity benefit, disability compensation, and dependent benefit in case of death.
Interest at 12% p.a. applies. Damages up to 25% of arrears can be levied. Persistent non-compliance can attract criminal prosecution under Section 85 of the ESI Act.
